Introducing our representative Robot cables series

Each company has a lineup of various Robot cables series, and many people may be wondering, "Which cable should I use?"
For those who are having trouble selecting Robot cables, here we will introduce three representative series.

About the 3 representative series

We have a lineup of various Robot cables series based on their features.

Of the many series available, we would like to introduce three that we recommend.

RMDH sereis

ex.AWG23/4C cables

The outer diameter of our representative RMFEV series is 5.2 mm, while the outer diameter of the RMDH series is 3.8 mm, making it a significant size down.

Also, you can see from the graph that there is a significant down in size even when comparing sizes other than 4C.
(Up to 30% size down)

Furthermore, RMDH series is not only thin but also highly durable, with a durability of over 20 million.

RMDH series, which combines thinness with durability, is ideal for situations where you want to "downsize your robot" or "save wiring space".

RM205 series

The greatest feature of RM205 series is its "durability".
This is our most durable Robot cables series and can be used in tough conditions.

The test results compared with the RMFEV series are as follows.

In the case of RMFEV series, which has a recommended bending radius of 33d6D (33 times or more the wire core diameter and 6 times or more the cable outer diameter), breakage has occurred under tough conditions.

On the other hand, RM205 series did not break even under tough conditions, which shows that RM205 series is more durable than RMFEV series.

The recommended bending radius of the RM205 series is 20D5d (at least 20 times and at least 5 times the wire diameter).

The extremely durable RM205 series is ideal for wiring inside robots and equipment that requires flexibility.

RMFEV series

RMFEV series is characterized by its "good balance".

The insulating material is made of hard, slippery ETFE, which provides high flexibility, flame resistance, and permissible current.

With these features, RMFEV series has been our best-selling product for over 40 years and is used in a variety of robots and equipment.
