About Custom Design

We offer a lineup of Robot cables with various features, and these Robot cables can be custom designed to meet customer needs.

Custom designs are available for the following 4 series.

The custom Robot cables we have proposed so far have been very well received by a lot of customers.

Here we will introduce some examples of custom designs that we have proposed so far.

Introducing custom examples

Changing Insulation color

We identify the insulated wire cores of the RMDH series, RMFEV series, etc. by color, but we can also change the insulation color upon request.

Changing jacket thickness

Although we have set an optimal jacket thickness for each series, there may be cases where it does not match the size of the connector.

We also change the jacket thickness to match the connector size, within the range that satisfies the specifications.

Combining multiple cables into one (Composite cables)

Robots and equipment use multiple Robot cables, but We can also offer composite cables that combine these robot cables into a single cable.

The above composite cables can help save wiring space.
